Terms of Use — Biruvo

These terms describe the Biruvo service provided by Enes Furkan Bayram (efbapps). Contact enfurbay@gmail.com with questions. The iOS app is also licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Using Biruvo

Biruvo helps you organize plans, tasks, invitations, attendance and shared expense records. You are responsible for the information you provide and activities you arrange. Keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. Guest features do not require sign-in; shared features require an account and the relevant permissions.

Your content and your people

You keep your rights to content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to operate Biruvo, including showing shared content to authorized plan members and invitation previews to link recipients. Only upload material you have permission to use. Do not post unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or rights-infringing content, or attempt unauthorized access.

Share invitations carefully: a person holding a link can view its preview and may request or gain membership according to the invitation's settings. Organizers control available membership and plan actions. A task request is not automatically the recipient's agreement to complete it.

Shared expense records

Amounts, splits, balances and payment confirmations are entered by users. Biruvo is not a bank, payment processor or financial adviser. It does not transfer funds or guarantee that a payment occurred. Check records with your group and resolve disagreements directly.

Biruvo Plus

Plus offers additional features through an annual auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Available products and the final local price appear in Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm. U.S. reference prices are $9.99 per year and $19.99 once; availability, currency and taxes may vary.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions. Cancellation normally takes effect after the paid period. Lifetime is a non-renewing purchase granting the purchased Plus access for the life of the service; it is not a promise that the service will exist forever.

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms and applicable law. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account used for purchase; Biruvo account association may also be required. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription. Free features do not require a Plus purchase.

Availability and changes

Features may change, and the service may be temporarily unavailable. Keep independent copies of important information. We may restrict access for abuse or security reasons and will handle paid entitlements and service changes according to applicable law. We do not guarantee that other users will attend, complete tasks or pay recorded expenses.
